Falmouth Police Log: 6 Arrests, 6 Break-Ins, 10 Crashes

Arrest information from the Falmouth Police Department does not indicate convictions.

Between 8:45 a.m. Friday and about 5:45 a.m. Tuesday, Falmouth police arrested six people in separate incidents, according to a summary released by the Falmouth Police Department.

Police also responded to six break-ins — three of residences and three of motor vehicles or trailers — and 10 motor vehicle crashes around Falmouth.


Arrest reports

Friday at around 9:30 a.m., William K. O'Keefe, Jr., 42, of East Falmouth was taken into custody on warrants following a motor vehicle stop and faces multiple new charges: Please see Falmouth Police: Driver Was OUI for 2nd Time.

At about 2:40 p.m. Friday on East Falmouth Highway, police placed 51-year-old Elizabeth A. Spooner of East Falmouth in protective custody and arrested her on suspicion of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer.

Friday at about 6:45 p.m. on Main Street, police took Sean Warren Harris, 31, of Falmouth into custody on an arrest warrant.

Shortly before 11 p.m. Friday on Hillside Avenue, Paul L. Johnson, 46, was arrested on suspicion of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon: a stick.

A reported domestic disturbance shortly after 2 p.m. Sunday on Lake Leaman Road resulted in the arrest of Matthew Stephen Urner, 39, of East Falmouth on suspicion of assault and battery, kidnapping and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Following a reported assault on Gifford Street shortly before 5 p.m. Monday, a 15-year-old boy was taken into juvenile custody on suspicion of assault with a dangerous weapon and maliciously injuring real or personal property.
