Falmouth Police Log: Arrests for Assault, Drugs, Inebriation, Bank Robbery

From the Falmouth Police Department blotter for Nov. 4 and Nov. 5, 2013:

A report of domestic disturbance on Central Avenue in East Falmouth shortly before 10 a.m. Monday resulted in the arrest of Napoleon Alves, Jr., 71, of Central Avenue on suspicion of civil assault and battery.

Police executed a search warrant in Mashpee in the noon hour Monday, arresting Alex Sanders, 32, on suspicion of armed and masked robbery, a subsequent offense; false/silent 911 call; possessing a firearm in commission of a felony and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. A 62-year-old homeless man with a history of arrests for public intoxication was again taken into custody Monday at about 5:30 p.m. on Palmer Avenue. Dale Patrick Fader was placed in protective custody and alcohol/drug abuse committal.

A motor vehicle crash at Palmer Avenue and North Main Street around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday resulted in the arrest of Stephanie Mavor, 29, of Hyannis on an arrest warrant and on suspicion of possessing a Class C drug.

Police served an arrest warrant on Spring Bars Road at about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, taking into custody Dustyn Kagan Lifgren, 20, of Chicopee.
