Police Blotter: August 22-23

The following information was provided by the Falmouth Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, August 22

12:51am: Police responded to a report of motor vehicle crash on Luscome Ave. They arrested Matthew W. Newton, 22, 16 Davedon Drive, East Falmouth, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

1:08am: Police responded to a report of a disturbance at an Old Barnstable Road address.

9:14am: Police responded to a report of a larceny from a Blacksmith Shop Road address.

10"01am: Police responded to a report of a larceny from a Thomas B. Landers Road address.

12:25pm: Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on East Falmouth Hwy.

2:37pm: Police responded to a report of a larceny from a Shorewood Drive address.

3:17pm: Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on Teaticket Hwy.

8:54pm: Police responded to a report of a larceny from a Birch Lane address.

9:57pm: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Teaticket Hwy. and issued a citation to the driver.

11:37pm: Police responded to a report of a larceny from a Teaticket Hwy. address. They arrested Cody Jarrett Litchfield, 19, homeless, and charged him with receiving stolen property worth more than $250 and on an outstandingwarrant. They arrested Adam Jymmal Rei, 20, 44 Kathy Ann Lane, East Falmouth, and charged him with receiing property worth more than $250.

11:50pm: Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on Jones Road.

Tuesday, August 23

1:59am: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Chestnut Street. They arrested Brian C. Pimental, 42, 6 Jamie Lane, East Falmouth, and charged him with failure to stop for police and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.

6:50am: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Teaticket Hwy. and issued a citation to the driver.
