Police Log: Falmouth Man Arrested for Assault to Collect Loan

Tuesday, August 13
At 9:26 a.m. police responded to an assault on Worcester Court. David B. Fontaine, Falmouth, was arrested for assault and battery to collect a loan, threat to commit a crime/murder and possession of a Class B drug.
At 1:55 p.m. a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle was reported on Narragansett Street.
At 7:00 p.m. breaking and entering was reported to a Rock Hollow Drive home.
