7:05 p.m.: Sandwich Rd., disturbance, disorderly, arrested Joseph E. Pulsifer, 49, 562 Sandwich Rd.; disorderly conduct, assault

Yeah!! You fail to mention how intoxicated Joseph Pulsifer was and how you the FPD woke Joe up out of a dead sleep,noticed how intoxicated he was still preceeded to tazer him twice and while leaving him partially unconscious because he knocked his head on a rock, leaving him with a seven inch gash on his skull, felt the need to just stand there and laugh..You're a bunch of douchebags..
