Police Log: Wareham Man Arrested in Falmouth for Firearm Possession, Other Charges

The following information was provided by the Falmouth Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Friday, Aug. 2

At 12:06 p.m., Falmouth Police arrested Jordan Medeiros, 20, of East Wareham, on Old Barnstable Road for the following charges: breaking and entering during the daytime while armed, larceny of a firearm possession of a firearm, improper possession of ammunition, assault with a dangerous weapon, receiving stolen property of more than $250, larceny under $250, and possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute.

At 12:52 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a residence on Prince Henry Drive.

At 2:28 p.m., police received a report of larceny on Quissett Circle.

At 5:10 p.m., police received a report of larceny on Scranton Avenue.

At 6:38 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a residence on Worcester Street.

At 6:56 p.m., police received a report of an intoxicated person on Falmouth Heights Road, and subsequently placed an Onset resident, age 25, into protective custody.

Saturday, Aug. 3

At 5:24 a.m., police received a report of a suspicious person in the area of Wild Harbor Road and Chester Street.

At 12:24 p.m., police received a report of larceny on Tamarack Road.

At 12:27 p.m., police arrested an East Falmouth man on Teaticket Highway on an arrest warrant.

At 2 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a trailer on Grande Avenue.

At 9:50 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a trailer on Main Street.

Sunday, Aug. 4

At 8:06 a.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a business on Main Street.

At 9:10 a.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a trailer on Cartway Lane.

At 9:45 a.m., police received a report of larceny on Tamarack Road.

At 10:02 a.m., police received a report of larceny on Renee Lane.

At 10:25 a.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a trailer on Lake Shore Drive.

At 10:28 a.m., police received a report of vandalism on Lakeview Avenue.

At 11:59 a.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a trailer on Pilgrim Path.

At 1:25 p.m., police received a report of larceny on Dillingham Avenue.

At 3:45 p.m., police received a report of larceny on West Falmouth Highway.

At 4:20 p.m., police arrested an East Falmouth man, age 76, on Edgewood Road for disorderly conduct, assault of a police officer and resisting arrest.

At 5:25 p.m., police arrested three individuals in the area of Blacksmith Shop Road and Thomas B. Landers Road and charged them with driving recreational vehicles on a public way, negligent operation of a recreational vehicle, driving an unregistered recreational vehicle and refusal to stop for police.

At 8:23 p.m., police placed a Cotuit resident into protective custody after responding to a report of an intoxicated person on Teaticket Highway.

Monday, Aug. 5

At 12:33 a.m., police received a report of vandalism on Waterside Drive.
