Vehicle Stop Yields 2 Arrests in Falmouth
One man faces his second DUI charge; another is accused of a drug law violation. Arrest information does not indicate convictions.
A motor vehicle stop shortly before 1 a.m. Friday at East Falmouth Highway and Central Avenue resulted in the arrests of two men, according to Falmouth police.
James M. Liston, 36, of Edgewater Drive was arrested on suspicion of a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence, second offense.
Liston's passenger and Edgewater Drive neighbor, 24-year-old Joseph Dennis Barry, was arrested on a warrant and also faced a charge of possessing a Class A drug, police said.
Arrest information does not indicate convictions.
