A home on West Falmouth Harbor sold recently for $1,255,000, according to the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds.
20 Swift St., off Nashawena Street, has six bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,144 square feet of living space on a .26-acre lot, according to Zillow, which further describes the home as needing "some TLC."
