Road sign suggestions

In light of yet another roll-over accident at the Sippewissett Road exit from 28 south, I'd like to make the following suggestions to the various folks responsible for signage:

(1) that the exit sign from 28 south include marking/wording indicating that the exit is a sharp right turn (almost 90 degrees). Most drivers unfamiliar with the exit would expect a much gentler angle (think Brick Kiln Road). The fact that getting onto Sippewissett Road involves another drastic right angle turn (left at the blinker 50 yards after the first turn) doesn't help.

(2) For drivers coming north on Old Palmer Avenue: the fact that the approach to the Route 28A exit is yet another nearly right angle should be clearly marked. At present the exit sign on Old Palmer Ave. shows a straight vertical arrow, which is totally misleading.

I realize that two different jurisdictions (town and state) are involved here, but I don't want any lives lost (least of all my own) before the engineers figure this all out.
