Barnstable County Fair Celebrate the 169th anniversary of the fair, which will feature roller coasters, petting zoos, birds of prey, local vendors, fair food and more. The grounds officially open Saturday morning. Admission is $10 for adults, $2 for children ages 6 to 12 and kids 5 and under are free. All-you-can-ride wristbands are for sale for $22 each before 7 p.m. on Sunday. When and where: The fair opens on Sunday at noon and close at 10 p.m at the Barnstable County Fairgrounds on Nathan Ellis Highway in East Falmouth. The fair continues through July 27.
Summer Concert Series Come enjoy another installment of this summer's Friday night concert series featuring The Cape Tradition. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket. When and where: From 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday evening in the Peg Noonan Park on Main Street.
