Falmouth Police arrested two Thursday and seized 235 Percocet pills, 9 grams of marijuana and about $10,000 in cash Thursday afternoon after a raid in East Falmouth.
Members of the Falmouth Police Department Drug Task Force, the Mashpee Police Department Detective Unit and the Cape Cod Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 343 Club Valley Dr. Thursday afternoon following a lengthy investigation, according to a press release. During the search of the home, belonging to Lamelle Wright, police seized 200 Percocet pills with a street value of about $8,000 and about $10,000 in cash. Police also pulled over Wright’s colleague Camille Cohan and found 35 Percocet pills with a street value of about $1,500. Police arrested Wright, 27, and Cohan, 49, for trafficking in opium and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Yarmouth police arrested a man they say passed out behind the wheel at a gas pump in South Yarmouth Monday morning.
A resident alerted police that a man was passed out behind the wheel of a car at the Station Avenue Mobil around 7 a.m. Monday. Police and firefighters found Stephen M. Morin locked inside a Honda Civic with the motor running when they arrived on the scene, according to a press release. Firefighters forced their way into the car and found Morin unconscious with the vehicle still running and in drive and his foot on the brake. Morin eventually became conscious and was taken to Falmouth Hospital.
