Justin Beckwith and Joshua Lauzon had been charged previously with multiple breaking and enterings and burglaries.
Two Falmouth men were arrested early yesterday morning on charges that they allegedly broke into and stole a vehicle from an East Falmouth residence while the owner was sleeping. According to a police report, it was around 2:30am on Tuesday morning when Officer David Massi of the Falmouth Police Department observed a green Volvo driving up Davisville Road carrying two passengers, both of whom were allegedly wearing black and attempting to hide their faces. After pulling the vehicle over near Ox Bow Road, Massi identified the suspects, Justin Beckwith, 18, and Joshua Lauzon, 17, both of Falmouth. Mariah Domingues and Jamison Desrosiers pleaded not guilty yesterday to a laundry list of charges, including assault to murder.
The two suspects in last month's shooting incidents in East Falmouth both pleaded not guilty yesterday in Falmouth District Court. Mariah Domingues, 20, and Jamison Desrosiers, 24, both of Falmouth, were arraigned yesterday on charges of firearm-armed assault to murder for allegedly shooting at the Reine household at 657 East Falmouth Highway on December 19, 2011, as well as at a separate home on Homestead Lane. Bail was set for both at $5,000, and the two suspects are due back in court on March 8 for a pretrial hearing. In addition to the charge of assault to murder, Desrosiers was charged with firearm use in a felony, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, possession of a firearm without a FID card, and conspiracy. …

Douglas Andrade was killed in a crash shortly before 1am today.
A driver was killed in an early morning crash today when his vehicle struck a utility pole and tree on Davisville Road. The driver, Douglas H. Andrade, 24, of 65 O'Donnell Avenue in East Falmouth, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a Falmouth Police press release. Police reports indicate that Andrade's car was clocked at 76 mph on Davisville Road shortly before 1am today. By the time the police cruiser caught up with him, the accident had already occurred. Both the car and the utility pole were cut in half by the impact of the crash. NStar crews worked Wednesday morning to replace the pole after much of the Davisville neighborhood suffered a power outage in the early morning hours. The accident is currently under …
