Art Journaling for Teens and Adults

The Falmouth Public Library is delighted to present an Art Journaling Workshop for teens and
adults on Saturday, November 23th

from 1:30 – 4:00 PM
at the main
library.  Kim Cragin, a holistic

counselor with graduate studies in expressive arts therapy, a clinical

hypnotherapist, reiki master, and Falmouth resident, will lead the workshop.  Kim has offered art journaling sessions at the
library several times over the past two years and has received rave reviews by
all who attended.  Participants have
delighted in the wonderful variety of materials she supplied and the techniquesshe demonstrated.  Working with people

and seeing their enjoyment as they find their inner selves brings Kim

tremendous satisfaction.

Art journaling is a creative way to express one’s self

utilizing mixed media materials such as writing, sketching, stamping, collage, etc.
During the workshop participants will learn about art journaling and begin making
their own.   All materials are supplied.  The workshop is free, thanks to generous
support from the Friends of the Falmouth Public Library.

Come learn to express yourself with art and words at this

exciting workshop.
