Laughter Yoga at Gus Canty

Laughter is Free - Free your laughter!

Laughter Yoga increases joy, activates the immune system, decreases the "stress" hormones, relaxes muscles and reduces aches and pains.  Health benefits come from sustaining laughter for 20 minutes or more.  Can you do that?!  

NO jokes, NO headstands or pretzel poses, NO special equipment or clothing.  

YES, gentle stretches and playful movement.  YES, your own comfort level is encouraged.  YES, can be done in a chair.  YES, your regular clothes are fine.  

YES, it is FREE!  YES, laughter is the best medicine.
