Attempted Murder Charged in Falmouth Arrest
Arrest information from the Falmouth Police Department does not indicate convictions.
A 30-year-old East Falmouth woman was arrested late Friday night on suspicion of attempted murder, assault and battery and intimidating a witness, according to a Falmouth police log.
Krystal M. Anderson was taken into custody on Tarpon Road after a domestic dispute in which she allegedly tried to strangle a man who was about to turn 38.
Also in the residence where the dispute took place were three young children, one an infant born in October.
The Cape Cod Times reports that police responding to the man's 911 call found him bleeding from what he said was a punch in the nose from Anderson, whom he said also bit and choked him in an argument while he was feeding the baby, after he challenged her for driving under the influence with her children in the car.
Anderson's bail was set at $1,000, according to the Times. (Read "Argument ends with attempted murder charge in Falmouth."
