E. Falmouth Bicyclist Charged After Fleeing Police

Falmouth police say a 38-year-old Sandwich Road resident who was wanted on outstanding charges fled on a bicycle when an officer tried to arrest him Jan. 15, according to a report in the Cape Cod Times.

Andrew Hutchins has pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and bail was set at $100, the Times reports in "Falmouth man who fled on bike from police held on bail."
