Liquor, Drugs, Abuse, Assault and Speeding: 7 Falmouth Arrests, Nov. 15-18, 2013

A 53-year-old Falmouth man was placed in protective custody for being an intoxicated person Friday, according to the weekend Falmouth police log, which lists the arrest of Barry D. Clifton on Luscombe Avenue at about 6:20 p.m.

A follow-up investigation Saturday morning on Main Street resulted in the arrest of a 25-year-old East Falmouth woman on suspicion of violating an abuse prevention order, according to the log, which records the arrest of Nicole Stukanovsky at 8:39 a.m.

Police checking on the welfare of a Gifford Street resident Saturday afternoon wound up arresting a 31-year-old Marstons Mills woman on a warrant and on suspicion of possessing a Class A drug. According to the log, Krystel L. Mikina was taken into custody at about 1:20 p.m.

A motor vehicle stop early Sunday led to the arrest of a 21-year-old East Falmouth resident, according to the log: Kimberly K. Jordan was taken into custody at about 1:45 a.m. on suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Frequently-arrested Dale Patrick Fader, a homeless man known for public intoxication, was again taken into protective custody on Main Street Sunday evening, police said.

A reported assault on Woods Hole Road about 7:20 p.m. Sunday led police to place Henry W. Gillam, 63, in protective custody, according to the log.

In the first hour of Monday, police making a motor vehicle stop at Davisville Road and Gayle Avenue arrested driver Jermaine N. Andrade, 31, of Falmouth on suspicion of OUI drugs, OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, a marked lanes violation and speeding.
