Safety Forum at Teaticket School Follows Sex Offender Arrest

After a sex offender was arrested near Teaticket Elementary School last week, parents have been invited to a forum at the school Wednesday evening when they can ask questions about student safety, the Falmouth Enterprise reports.

Is a 7-11 convenience store attracting dangerous people to the woods near Teaticket Elementary School?

Parents worried about loiterers in the woods appeared to have been confirmed in their suspicions by the Nov. 4 arrest of an unregistered sex offender and now, reports the Falmouth Enterprise, the school is holding a safety forum Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. where parents can share their concerns and ask school district staff for answers.

Do you think the 7-11 is a magnet for low-lifes? Are schoolchildren at risk? Tell us in the comments.
