A four-bedroom, six-bathroom luxury home on Highwood Lane in Falmouth's Ballymeade Country Club neighborhood has sold at auction, reports JJ Manning Auctioneers on Facebook."Competitive bidding between 7 participants" resulted in a final price of $1,562,000, according to the auction house.
Zillow reports that the house, built in 2008, has 8,182 square feet of living space on a .67-acre lot. It's assessed for tax purposes at $2,745,700 with 2013 property taxes just over $22,000, according to Zillow.
