The auction will take place at the Falmouth Inn, 824 Main St., Oct. 10 at 11 a.m., according to the auctioneers' website, which further describes the 3-acre property:

A property tour is scheduled for Oct. 1 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Terms include a 10 percent certified deposit of which $100,000 is due at auction and remainder of the 10 percent within 3 business days, with 45 days to close, according to the Manning site.
