Alcohol Links Weekend Arrests in Falmouth

Arrested in separate incidents over the weekend, two Falmouth men placed in protective custody and a Mashpee woman arrested on suspicion of OUI had this in common, according to Falmouth police log entries: Alcohol allegedly played a role in their arrests.
According to a weekend log released Monday by the Falmouth Police Department:
At 3:58 p.m. Saturday, the frequently-arrested Dale Patrick Fader, 62 and homeless, was again taken into protective custody after he was found intoxicated on Main Street.

Police responding Sunday afternoon to a report of an intoxicated person on Davis Straits placed Kevin J. Albanese, 43, of Falmouth in protective custody.
Falmouth police also made a warrant arrest Friday afternoon, taking Michael T. Spinner, 26, into custody on Grand Avenue, according to the log.
