Assault to Murder Alleged in Falmouth Arrest

A reported domestic disturbance resulted in the arrest of a 48-year-old Falmouth man last week, according to a police log.

Oscar Padilla was taken into custody on Club Valley Road early Thursday morning on suspicion of simple assault and battery and assault to murder, police said.
