Falmouth Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested in Mashpee, Police Say
FBI, state police and Falmouth detectives worked together to investigate the Oct. 28 armed robbery of the Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, police said Monday. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
A 32-year-old Mashpee man was arrested Monday by Falmouth detectives investigating last week's armed bank robbery, according to a press release issued Monday evening by the Falmouth Police Department:
Falmouth Police Detectives, working in conjunction with the Massachusetts State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, made an arrest today in connection with the armed robbery at the Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod on October 28, 2013.

- 2 counts of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
- False/Silent 911 Call
A search warrant was executed at Mr. Sanders’ residence in Mashpee, with the assistance of the above listed agencies as well as the Mashpee Police Department and the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Department Crime Scene Unit. Items of evidence were recovered as a result.
