Falmouth Police: One Hurt in Armed Home Invasion
Police say they believe the attack Sunday night was not a random event.
Falmouth police released the following announcement Monday:
"On November 17, 2013 at approximately 8:12 pm several men with firearms forced their way into a residence on Bahia Ln.
One of the occupants of the residence was injured when he was physically assaulted by one of the assailants. No one else in the residence was injured.

The assailants fled the area, and the injured party was transported to the hospital by a friend prior to Police arrival.
Based upon the preliminary investigation, this does not appear to have been a random event.
