UPDATED: Falmouth Man Found, Taken to Hospital
The search for Richard McLeod ended late Sunday morning after the 85-year-old Alzheimer's patient, been missing since about 1:15 a.m., was found sitting in a parked car, Falmouth police said shortly before noon.

A missing man with Alzheimer's who is the subject of an eight-agency search has been identified by Falmouth police as Richard McLeod.
McLeod is described as a thin white male with gray hair, 5'9" tall, age 85.

Police say he was last seen on Pasnecoy Lane near the intersection of Menauhant Rd and Davisville Road, wearing a white v-neck T-shirt, blue/white pajamas, and brown slippers. He has been missing since about 1:15 a.m. and may also be wearing a brown zippered fleece jacket, said Falmouth Police Capt. Douglas DeCosta.

The police department is being assisted in the search by the Falmouth Fire & Rescue Dept, Falmouth Marine & Environmental Services Dept, Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office, Barnstable Police, Yarmouth Police, Mass Environmental Police and the US Coast Guard, according to Sunday's announcement.
