Shoplifting, Drug, Assault Charges Face E. Falmouth Pair
Arrest information from the Falmouth Police Department does not indicate convictions.
A report of shoplifting on Teaticket Highway Monday evening resulted in the arrests of two people, according to the Falmouth Police Department.
Kimberly Sue Geggatt, 44, of East Falmouth and 24-year-old Ryan Roy Tripp, who according to the arrest report is homeless, were taken into custody shortly after 7 p.m. on suspicion of shoplifting by asportation.
Geggatt faces additional charges of obstruction of justice and possession of a Class E drug and Tripp, who was also wanted on two warrants, faces an additional charge of assault and battery in the alleged shoplifting incident, police said.
