2nd Teen Suspect Arrested in Armed Home Invasion, Falmouth Police Say
Elijah Smith, 18, of East Falmouth was taken into custody Thursday morning at Falmouth District Court as a suspect in Sunday's armed robbery on Bahia Lane that injured one person, police said. A 17-year-old male suspect was arrested Tuesday.
Falmouth police said Thursday they have arrested a second teenaged suspect in Sunday night's armed home invasion on Bahia Lane that injured one person.
According to a press release from the Falmouth Police Department issued Thursday, Nov. 21 (in bold type below):
On November 21, 2013 at approximately 9:27 am Falmouth Police Officers arrested Elijah Smith (18, East Falmouth) at the Falmouth District Court.

Smith was arrested on a warrant in connection with the armed home invasion on Bahia Lane on Nov. 17th.
The charges on the warrant are: Assault to Rob while Armed with a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm in a Felony, and Home Invasion.

Smith is the second suspect to be arrested in connection with the Bahia Lane home invasion, police said: A 17-year-old male was arrested, allegedly with drugs and cash, by police serving a warrant for the same charges that face Smith.
Arrest information from the Falmouth Police Department does not indicate a conviction.
